We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $99. Orders under $99 are shipped at a flat rate of $7.95.

Oceania: Australia, New Zealand

Delivery Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

United States: 5–7 business days
United Kingdom: 5–7 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 5–7 business days
Europe (DE, AT, FR, BE, CH): 5–7 business days

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or peak shopping periods. International orders may be subject to local duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package directly through the carrier's website. If your tracking hasn't updated within 48 hours of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order hasn't arrived within 14 business days of the shipping confirmation, please reach out to us at support@kairosdrip.com and we'll investigate with the carrier and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
