All transactions are processed securely through Airwallex payments and/or PayPal. We do not store your credit card details on our servers.

Currency

All prices on our website are listed in US Dollars (USD). If you are shopping from outside the United States, your bank or card issuer will convert the charge to your local currency at their exchange rate. Any currency conversion fees are the responsibility of the customer.

When You're Charged

Your payment is processed at the time your order is placed. You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout. If there is an issue with your payment, we'll contact you by email before canceling the order.

Security

Your payment information is encrypted using industry-standard SSL/TLS technology. Our checkout is PCI-DSS compliant, meaning it meets the highest security standards for processing card payments online. We never have access to your full card number.

Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address, in accordance with local tax laws. International orders may be subject to additional customs duties, import taxes, or VAT — these charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

Discount Codes & Promotions

Discount codes can be applied at checkout. Only one discount code may be used per order unless otherwise stated. Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively to orders that have already been placed. We reserve the right to cancel orders that exploit promotional pricing errors.

Refunds
