Our Return Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something doesn't work out, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

What's Eligible

The following items are eligible for return or exchange:

• Full-price items in original, unworn condition
• Items with all original tags still attached
• Items in their original packaging (where applicable)

What's Not Eligible

• Items marked as Final Sale — these cannot be returned or exchanged
• Sale or discounted items (unless they arrive damaged or defective)
• Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or are missing tags
• Intimates, swimwear, and accessories (for hygiene reasons)
• Gift cards

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Email us at support@kairosdrip.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We'll confirm your eligibility and send you return instructions
3. Ship the item(s) back to us using the provided return address
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund or exchange

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

Want a different size or color? Email us at support@kairosdrip.com and we'll check availability. If the item is in stock, we'll send the replacement as soon as we receive your return. If it's out of stock, we'll issue a full refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us at support@kairosdrip.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you — including return shipping.
